Nature of the Service

This is a private public-records reference with no authority over a government office. It stores no official booking or court records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document.

Pages point toward Izard County jail and sheriff resources, Arkansas corrections and court systems, federal locators, and outside research tools. Those destinations remain independent services.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors agree to use the site responsibly and lawfully.

• Do not violate any law through use of the site.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
• Do not seek access to systems or data without permission.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with service for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Izard County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners. Visitors agree not to use any information for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• hiring, firing, or workplace decisions;
• tenant selection or any housing decision;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Independent Website Links

Links can lead to the official Izard roster chooser, sheriff booking reports, the sheriff's contact channel, corrections agencies, courts, legal resources, federal services, and third-party search providers. A link does not imply endorsement. Izard County Busted Mugshots is not responsible for an outside site's content, uptime, data practices, or terms, which visitors should review separately.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made concerning:

• accuracy, completeness, or current status;
• continuous and uninterrupted availability;
• freedom from errors, bugs, or security flaws; or
• the scope or quality of partner search results.

Custody status and public records can change at any time. Nothing here is an official statement by the Izard County Sheriff's Office or another public body.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and its partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, use of, or reliance on the site or an outside link.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and its partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor's use of the service or violation of these terms.

Text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Izard County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or republished without written permission, except where law expressly allows.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Arkansas Law Controls

Arkansas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. The affected term will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
